 PROJECTORS
Use state-of-the-art video projectors
to give every audience member a first class view of your presenter or pre-recorded
video. Or, simply play an elegant video loop, created from your corporate
or event logo. Our LCD projectors can handle input signals from multiple
sources, including computers and a variety of video feeds. Each projector
comes with a remote and a floor stand that can be adjusted to a height of
nine feet.
PROJECTION
SCREENS
We have two projection screen
surface sizes to choose from: 4.5 foot by 6 foot; or 7.5 foot by 10 foot.
The larger size screen has both front and rear projection surfaces available;
the smaller size only has a front projection surface. Each screen is assembled
on a collapsible frame (with adjustable legs for height) and comes with
a black drape dress kit.
CAMERAS
We can provide single or multiple
camera live video production for your event, using professional, broadcast-quality
cameras. The video footage can be switched live (“edited on the fly”) and
can be fed to projection screens and/or recorded to videotape or DVD for
future editing or review.
VIDEO
PLAYBACK / SWITCHING
Russell Video can provide you
with video playback, live switching, and live video recording equipment
to create a portable “video control room” for your event. This equipment
gives you the ability to live-switch a variety of visual elements, including
live video footage, pre-produced videos, graphics or animation loops, computer
presentations, and PowerPoint slides. Our top-notch, live-event technical
staff will make sure that everything happens on-cue and flows together seamlessly.
AUDIO
Make sure your audience hears
your message, without any annoying feedback or mystery noises. We can provide
a complete PA system for your event, including an audio mixing board, feedback
eliminators, speakers, wireless mics, lapel mics and handheld microphones.
LIGHTING
Make sure that the people on
stage or in the front of the room look good with adequate lighting, at any
angle, intensity and color to create your desired effect or mood.
STAGING
AND SET DESIGN
Stand out from the crowd using
strong staging platforms, sized to accommodate your props, whether preexisting
or custom-built by RVS. Stage height is adjustable and includes stairs (with
or without handrails) and black skirting.
PIPE
AND DRAPE
Set up a backdrop for your presenters,
create a performance space, or hide sensitive areas of your facility using
heavy velour drape in two colors: presidential blue or black. Additional
colors are available – please contact us for details. All drape rentals
include the upright poles (which extend to a height of 12 feet), crosspieces,
and sturdy bases.
TALENT
Select a spokesperson or presenters
from a large talent pool of professional actors, perfectly suited to communicate
your message.
SATELLITE
UPLINK / DOWNLINK
Send a video feed of your event
via satellite to off-site viewers, or receive outside video for your presentation,
all via an uplink/downlink truck parked at your doorstep.
PODIUM
Add a touch of class for your
presenter with an executive podium with a built-in lamp, clock and timer.
TELEPROMPTER
Provide speech text/copy to your
presenters in an effective, reliable, and unobtrusive manner.
